Since the April 25, Pete Doherty, the skinned alive, Rock’N'Roll singer, known for its history with Kate Moss and his drug excesses present his Art in Paris. This exhibition of 32 works is a raw reflection and naked out of this artist. “Art of Albion” is a gateway to the soul of the tortured young Dandy of the East-end London.
Some of his paintings and drawings are mixed with his own blood. Pictures torn or partially burned rub shoulders with jets ink and also few verses of poetry ! The visitor discovers patchworks of which are nothing other than pieces of lives that Pete Doherty suggest to us; like is repeated stays in jail because of drug and of course, his relationship with the Brindille.
Crowned success in Notting Hill, it’s in Paris in the neighbourhood of Montmartre where this icon of the Rock’N'Roll decided to expose his “Art of Albion”. Like the artist, this exhibition will not leave one indifferent.
